Where else red, purple and blue applies?

Everywhere we look we have the possibility of improving. But improving personally or professionally implies certain "sacrifices".

Either we want to lose weight, run a marathon, get a better grade in school, get a better position in our jobs, sell more products, improve revenue, all of these things and more require an investment of money, time, and other types of resources.

Talking about companies, no matter the size, there are always areas that require improvement. But the improvement not always is so easy to make, it can be a more complex process.

When we are able to identify the area we need to improve (that can be a challenge), then we have to make the decision about how to do it. Do we just throw more money to the problem hoping it disappears? Do we need to put more people in this department? Do we need more publicity? How can we be sure we are making, if not a perfect decision, at least the best one among all the possible options?

That is why we came up with the idea of "Electoral Map". Candidates during elections are not the only ones who face challenges with restrictions. Just like all of us, we need to make choices with limited resources optimizing the outcome.

The electoral map helps us to identify from opportunity areas to what resources might work better. The idea of studying our company problems (or the personal ones) historically and analyzing trends, open a door to the past with real solutions into the future.

If you are facing a problem in your company, we invite you to develop your "Electoral Map", and of course we are more than happy to help you to develop it and tackle the real, urgent problems.

If you want to know more about the "Electoral Map" we have built read more in our blog section or visit our YouTube channel.
