Engagement Methodology

We understand that you want to see the value that Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence can offer before making a big commitment. That is why, our engagements start with testing your ideas and building a Proof-Of-Concept (POC), quickly and efficiently, which you can use to estimate ROI for the full-scale solution. 

During your first month we will provide resources to build a POC accompanied by an AI diagnostic report. Based on results and findings from the first month, we will discuss priorities on feature implementation. Eventually, the goal is to help you and your team take over parts of the project so we can focus more on the big picture business challenges. 

Month 1 of Retainer

Proof-Of-Concept

The end goal of this phase is a POC and an  AI Diagnostic Report to provide with concrete, actionable roadmap. The Report will contain some of the following elements:

• Comprehensive evaluation for: 

    + data collection, processing, and analytics 
    + algorithms used to make predictions/extract insights

• Highlight of weak spots and areas to improve for which we will generate roadmaps and do implementation cost estimation

• Recommendations of new features/data sources to add to your platform

• Recommendations towards standardization/normalization of current and future data collection
  
  

Getting Started

1. Phone Call to Screen out your ideas

We will first set up a phone call to screen out your ideas. The calls are generally 20-30 min long and should include your decision makers and stakeholders. After the call we will send you an application and a payment form should you choose to work with us.

2. Kick-off meeting 

Once the payment for Phase I has been received we will assign project resources, begin pre-planning activities, and arrange your Kick-off Meeting date. All Kick-off meetings start on Mondays and deliverables of POC and AI-diagnostic report are due in 14-days. 

3. POC Deliverables  

We will present our findings, deliver the Proof-Of-Concept (POC) and appropriate documentation during a video conference call. After POC delivery we discuss the overall direction of the project and implementation of the prototype with your team.
